Return and exchange

We at PlanetBatt believe in customer satisfaction and want to ensure that you receive a product that meets your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return and exchange process to resolve the issue.

Return criteria:

     The product must be in its original packaging and without any signs of use, damage or tampering.
     The product must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt.
     The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Return process:

     Before returning the product, please contact our customer service team, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
     Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to return the product.
     After you return the product, we will review it to make sure it meets the return criteria. If eligible, we will process the refund or exchange according to the customer's preference.
     Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned product. For refunds, you will be charged a processing fee of 5% of the total order amount.

Replacement:

If you choose an exchange, the process is similar to a return. However, instead of a refund, we will send you a new product. Please note that if you wish to exchange the product for a different model or variant, you may need to place a new order and pay the additional costs associated with the new order.

Discounts do not apply to items returned under the return and exchange policy.

Order errors:

If the product is faulty or does not match the description provided on the website, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will evaluate the problem and determine an appropriate solution, such as a refund, product replacement or credit.

Please note that the right of return and exchange does not apply to personalized products or products that are made to order.
